A lot of these listings emptied out in 2024, when Google switched off the free business sites it had been hosting and did not really tell anybody.

Is this a scam?
Fair question given how you probably found me. I am a real business at 1603 S 3rd Street in Austin, my name is on this site, and you can call the number above and get me rather than a queue. Nothing is due before you have seen the page.

What is the $59 a month for?
Hosting, the domain, security updates, and small edits when your hours or services change. It is not a maintenance plan you never use.
Do I own it?
At month twelve, yes, if you want it, domain and all, at no extra cost. I would rather earn the renewal than lock you in.
What if I do not like it?
You see the page before you pay anything. If it is not right, you walk and it costs you nothing.
Why is it so cheap?
Because I use AI to do the heavy lifting on the build, so a page that used to take a week of billable hours takes me a fraction of that. The judgement is still mine and so is the finished page.
